We are starting to use a natural tocopheral for shelf life - a plant based formuation - we ultimately need to have our sourdough pretzels in a foil barrier bag to maximize shelf life in a retail enviroment.

Tuesday we are slotted to run a fresh batch on August 8th 2023 so Indian Orchards will get there pretzels, East End Food Coop in Pittsburgh and others.
