Live and learn, I took over Porky's under the Grandstand at the York Fair in Pennsylvania - during the decline. It was 8 days during the Fall and was going to be changed to June/July in 2020 and I bowed out. I had to vend another event during the 2nd year same time to make up for the loss - but check out the booth, the attempt and the customers who liked our products.
