Generic use tinctures
Most herbal extracts are cleared from the body within 4 hours, so it is best to take tincture 2-4 times a day rather than a large dose once a day. In acute situations, tinctures can be taken every hour or two, for a short period of time.
Relaxing herbal has 37 servings per bottle, 2 droppers is 1/3 tsp (1.6ml)
How much is a full dropper? The amount of tincture pulled into the glass tube with one firm squeeze of the rubber ball at the top is a full dropper. 30-40 drops. Stix droppers will fill a teaspoon.
How Do I Use This
Herbal tinctures are best taken diluted in a small amount of water, tea, or juice. Simply squirt the tincture into a small amount of liquid in a cup or put a small amount of water in your mouth and squirt the tincture into it. Most tinctures contain between 30-50% alcohol. Undiluted alcohol is strong tasting and can be irritating to the sensitive tissues in the mouth.
Relaxing Herbal should be used by adults and is a sedative be careful and start small & build up to what works best with your system.

Fresh Herbs & dry
For some herbs, the goodness is in the fresh herbs (ie, California Poppy, Valeriean Root, Skullcap Herb, Milky Oat Seed, & more). If dried, they lose a lot of their beneficial qualities. We tincture these herbs fresh. For other herbs, there is little difference in a quality between fresh & dried. And still others extract best if they are first dried, thus lowering the water content. Dried herbs can typically be extracted at higher concentration.

Gluten Free
Oat seed does not contain gluten. We grow our own fresh milky oat seed and harvest by hand eliminating the risk of cross-contamination with wheat or other glutinous grains.
Grain alcohol and gluten sensitivity.
Organic alcohol made from organically grown sugar cane, whenever possible. Occasionally, we use alcohol made from organically grown corn, however corn does not contain gluten or gliadin.
