Hempstone Heritage Book and Author

In Lancaster County Pennsylvania we have been blessed to having a local dedicated person who has put in years of research in assorted library's extracting empirical evidence of the amount of hemp grown, processed and left after death to family households. Les Stark has enough insight to write a book - Hempstone Heritage, available today, the start to a new understanding of the importance of hemp in the past and how it can positively impact our future. Available for $19.95 plus shipping, signed by the author.

On July 2001 - www.hempcar.org made it's 2nd stop of many in a 13,000 mile run on hemp biodesiel seed oil. A Hempzels event, Les gave a demonstration using Kenaf stalk simulating a hemp brake in action.Hemp Car

Held at Steve Groffs farm, famous for his no til method and a believer in growing hemp Les Stark told how the hemp brake worked prior to the "marihuana" hysteria and the advent of the steam ship. Get your copy to say yes - I "know".....part of the hemp revolution taking place in Pennsylvania.

No Problem Hemp and Wool Shoe Laces

Prior to Hempzel Pretzels, No Problem Inc and owner Ralph Amato and friends did more work with hemp fabrics and textiles. Ralph used to have custom clothing produced - wedding gowns and they had produced in Allentown, Pennsylvania around 1997 hemp fiber & wool fiber converted into shoe laces. We have approximately a few hundred pair left - they are still fine but one of the former investors wants to convert his part of the business into cash - $3.00 for 72" & $2.50 for 52" - get them while we still have them in stock. Made in the USA. Put them on your favorite hemp shoes...

Hemp Involvement

The goal of the Lancaster Trading House  Inc is to contract with our regional farmers for hemp raw materials - this will be contracted through forming subsidiarys. Pictured below is a hemp crop from Kentucky grown specifically for seed on their University in 2016. I've been to the fields of Canada and we work with Pennsylvania bakeries and packaging facilities eager to have the right partners to create jobs from the farmers fields with locally grown hemp seeds. The infrastructure has been forming for many years through Hempzels & Natalie's Choice Omega Foods -

As the laws change we want to add value to the hemp crop harvested locally for not only, seed for food production but the stalk for concrete and other renewable fiber applications. The rest of the world is growing, processing & using hemp while we continue to educate folks about hemp in preparation of when our farmers will be able to grow hemp in Pennsylvania again.
